This company completed a termite inspection on a home I was purchasing on June 27. The report indicated no termites and no treatment needed. After we moved in, we noticed that the cover over the shutoff for the outside water was barely hanging, with most of the area being completely exposed. The cover would not stay because of so much termite damage that weakened the wood. This was clearly visible to the human eye and should have been reported and that treatment was needed. I understand that the inspection is visual but this area was clearly visible to even an inexperienced person. We had to hire another exterminator and have the house treated. The damage was significant enough for us to use long medal poles to support the floor until repairs can be made to the damaged wood. We have had to hire a contractor to make the repairs. Mr Palmieri's report also states "carries no guarantees."
