Worst company ever! They say they guarantee their work but they don't! I do not recommend these people to anyone. Had my basement waterproofed by them and two weeks later it flooded. This happened on a Friday evening. When I called the company I was informed that they couldn't help me because they didn't work on weekends. I continued to contact them for weeks after and no one ever came to even look at my basement. Don't let them near your dog house much less the home you live in!!

This company does not stand behind their 100% guarantee to replace or fix problems with the drytrak molding. I hired Crawford to waterproof my basement and I had water in my basement after the next rain. I call them and they tried to blame the reason that it was leaking on putting in a floor in the basement and the trak was broken by the contractors. the basement has leak in spot periodically since Crawford did the work, but most significantly after the last big rain on July 11th. I called them on July 12th the owner came out to assess the water and said he would have a crew there on Monday morning no one showed up or called so I called and was told someone would be there on Tuesday afternoon. The person showed up and said that all of the water was coming from on small area in the basement and he would be back on the next day. It was been a week with no show and no telephone call. I find this company to be very unprofessional and lack intergity they most certainly do not provide quality service.would not recommend them to anyone.
