Tom Child, owner of Marine Specialties first opened in Gainesville, GA 20 years ago offering several different services to lake home owners including Rip Rap Erosion Control, Docks, and Boat Lifts all around Lake Lanier. In 2009 Marine Specialties opened their 2nd location in Anderson, SC serving Lakes Hartwell, Keowee and Thurmond.
