The Finding Inner Peace Yoga School has been certifying yoga teachers since 1996.

The yoga center was operated from April 1997 through December 2003. In August 2003, Maureen Spencer, RN - Founder and Executive Director, returned as an infection control nurse at New England Baptist Hospital. However, she continued on with the yoga school and brought the curriculum into existing yoga studios/center to continue training some of the best yoga teachers in the area.
