Prince Patios does not honor their lifetime warranty on brickwork. I do not recommend doing business with Prince Patios. They installed a paver driveway with the promise that there was a “lifetime warranty on all brickwork.”* While they did perform some maintenance early on, it became increasingly more difficult to reach the owner, Jeremy Fox, or to schedule warranty work. After 2-3 years of trying to get repairs done, they finally came to do the work. However, after a portion of the work was completed, I was told by the owner that they would not be doing any additional warranty work and that they were permanently “done” with my job. I had to pay someone else to do the remaining repairs. Although this company advertises that they “warranty” their work, when asked to do so, my experience has been that they are slow to respond, difficult to work with, and at times, rude.
