Purchased a fountain from them on June 26th. A few days later Nick and a helper brought it out and installed it. They told me I had to wait a day before filling it because the silicone seal on the bowl needed to dry. They assured me it was level. The next day I filled it and it was not level. I called Nick and after a long conversation he finally agreed to come back and fix it. They came back and did some grinding on the fountain and got it working properly. The first week in October the pump stopped working. Nick said go to Aquascape and get a warranty replacement. To replace the pump you need to take the fountain apart remove the old pump, which is sealed, install the new pump and reseal it. After another lengthy conversation I told him I expected him to come out and install a new one. I spoke with his father Ed a few days later. He said he doesn't make the pump or the fountain. I said I will get a new pump and I want them to install it. I've only had the fountain 3 months. Ed said it costs to much to send someone out to install the new pump. So all they do is buy the fountain, install the pump, sell it and say good bye. So after 3 months they don't care what happens. They are a bad company!
