I think Arc makes lot of money. They raise rent every year and do nothing...is getting expensive...almost like paying for a house which is worth it... but for a mobile home thats a lot of money and it increases yearly... where i live at there is nothing better or improvement.. there is more robbery besides that we have to deal with the towing they give a ticket for everything even for flat tires...I dont recommend it specially the one at Federal Blvd next to rockies and the one at sheridan
