We will increase our capacity to achieve results and to achieve partnerships among supporters and providers of services to low-income people, as we help move our customers toward self-sufficiency, while focusing on an outcome oriented approach (addressing some of the national ROMA Goals) and implementing a performance measurement system or any other required alternative
