Serenity Yoga Studio has been a Kripalu-affiliated studio since 2001. Our spacious NEW studio is fully equipped. We provide individualized attention and modifications so that everyone can practice at the level appropriate for them. We adapt poses to suit each individual. All levels/abilities welcome.
