Serenity Yoga Studio has been a Kripalu-affiliated studio since 2001. Our spacious NEW studio is fully equipped. We provide individualized attention and modifications so that everyone can practice at the level appropriate for them. We adapt poses to suit each individual. All levels/abilities welcome. We offer 2-month session enrollment, as well as pay-by-the-class drop-in. Our teachers are certified to national standards, some with advanced Professional-level certifications, and other working on advanced certifications. We offer daily classes - Beginners, All-Levels; Vinyasa. Our class schedule and teaching staff are very stable session to session.
