Kim Quinn founded Prima Tech USA in November, 1996. The company was first named VAC-PAC, Inc. and was run out of a spare bedroom in Kim's home. VAC-PAC, Inc. sold VAC-PAC? bottle holders for animal vaccines, as well as two different types of animal health vaccinators.
