About our chef Thongjan Bock, she started her career selling food on the streets of small town central Thailand as a teenager. She eventually got a job as a chef at a seaside resort for tourists. She worked there until she became one of the head chefs. It's there she meet her American husband and immigrated to America In 2001. Being passionate about food she talked her husband into taking over the small takeout kitchen at Highnoon when it became available in the hopes to build it into something special. We serve some of the finest traditional Thai Cuisine in Texas and our family would be honored to bring it to you and your family. Being from the land of 1000 smiles, all service comes with a smile.
