DWC Consultants started as a consulting firm providing efficiency and profitability consulting services to service providers in the employee benefit industry. We entered the TPA/plan compliance service sector shortly thereafter at the request of our retainer clients. Our strategy group provides consulting services to recordkeeping software providers, directed trustee/custodians, recordkeeping service providers, TPA's, insurance companies, and mutual fund companies. Our consulting group provides ERISA consulting services (plan design, plan document, compliance, plan consulting, and government reporting) to plan sponsors via authorized recordkeeping service provider platforms and investment advisors. Types of plans include 401(k)/profit sharing, 403(b), 457 and defined benefit plans.
