this is a bogus company they just bank on your money not providing acurate information. i called their member service and advise them that i have a credit report with experian directly and that i have account that are open with balance that are not showing with their report the agent name "Will" stated that i need to contact experian company and dispute with them that their information that is accuracte is not showing on their report plus my credit card balance incorrect and they suppose to provide monthly statment they did not generate one in feb. the rep name "Will a sup stated to me that maybe experian deleted my accounts called the consumerinfo com inc who the company that own credit report.com the rep was more anderstanting but will not be futher assistance because there is nothing she can do ****i do not recommend the service to any one if you want a report quarterly pay the credit agency directly experian, equifax, and transunion.
