Pete Holz has been licensed since 1986 and started Master Plans Architects in 1991. Renamed Peter B. Holz, Architect, LLC. Later Rockwood Design, PLC, now Rockwood Design,P.C. We have primarily served the needs of design/build contractors, construction managers and commercial real estate property managers.
