Pete Holz has been licensed since 1986 and started Master Plans Architects in 1991. Renamed Peter B. Holz, Architect, LLC. Later Rockwood Design, PLC, now Rockwood Design,P.C. We have primarily served the needs of design/build contractors, construction managers and commercial real estate property managers. It's been a long road of ever-increasing regulations but never, seldom, a dull moment. Looking back, I can hardly believe the wide variety of projects I've been involved with. The ones on my website are only a fraction of the hundreds represented on my pushpin loaded maps.
