Cimarron Escrow is a disgrace to the field. Their ability to go above and beyond to disappoint you is unsurpassed. If you want a company that is unprofessional, has a total lack of credibility and integrity and you enjoy being given the run around and having to get endless extentions and paying penalties due to their endless delays and excuses then Cimmaron Escrow is the companu for you.

Absolute worst Escrow Co. Going on 5 months for a 28 day escrow. Had to call 3-4 times each day. They "require" a 70 - 90 minute hold time, then put you on hold again. I had to pay another Escrow Co to complete their work and send it to them completed - at my expense. 3 weeks later - still no check sent to me, no answrrs to multiple e-mails and calls, and not even the required settlement statements! I do not know what day it closed, do not what amounts are owed me - over $2,400.00 for sure, and no one will reply. HUD and BBB are now aware, and Dept. of Corporations are looking into it. Disgraceful and disinterested staff and owner Tezra Rogers. Please beware.
