He's doing a job on our street that is affecting the quality of life around the entire building site he has not responded 2 water runoff problems or pretty much any problem. yards destroyed, installed a system for drainage in a clay that holds water like a pool ....a cesspool. Is obviously way out of his league or doesn't care at all .continued contact is necessary almost on a daily basis he's redone my neighbor's yard three times because of ruts and for not wanting to spend an extra few bucks for 30 more feet of silt fencing.and he only got one star because that was the only way to post, this or he would have zero.... Here's an update. He totally threw the plan out the window put in catch basins that don't work filled with water stink and have mosquitoes in them he built the road wrong he built the sidewalks wrong this is all per the City of Springfield they are keeping his bond until he fixes it all and now they've discovered there is no fix so basically we're going to have to sit with the mess he's made why he walks off with his bond money shame on him shame on his business he submitted a plan to the City of Springfield and did not follow it at all and nobody from the City of Springfield inspected or reviewed any of his work and now he walks away with 2 million dollars the city goes back to doing whatever it is they do not much I'm afraid, and we are going to be forever stuck with a mosquito filled neighborhood with open sitting on clay filled catch basins that don't Leach that we have to have somebody come in and suck out regularly. And now it's October 2021 2 years later that's the best idiots can do stay away from that builder he is poison he has no idea what he's doing or he knows exactly what he's doing and doesn't care.
