If I could give All American Bus Company zero stars, I would. Our experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The dispatcher was condescending from the moment we called, and when we asked to speak to a supervisor, things only got worse. We had a trip scheduled and dispatch couldn't even get a hold of the driver. Meanwhile, our staff was literally standing outside waiting, only for the driver to drive right past them and later claim he didn't see the school. When we called again, the dispatcher finally phoned the driver, and our secretary tried to help with directions. Instead of accepting help, the supervisor shouted at her, I am not talking to you, I am talking to my driver. He actually threatened her, saying, Keep it up and I'm going to send the driver back to base. After waiting a few minutes, he decided to do just that. The whole time, our secretary was nothing but patient and professional, despite being treated horribly. This was some of the most unprofessional, disgusting behavior I've ever witnessed from a company. Avoid All American Bus Company if you value respect and reliability.

Terrible service. We've been waiting for a half hour for a 2nd grade class trip to see the tree at Rockefeller Center. The school office just told us the buses went to the wrong site and they may have to cancel. The kids will be so disappointed. If you're providing a service for children - you should be responsible and accountable to them. This is so unfair to the kids.

I'm trying to talk to someone besides the dispatchers for this company. My child has been dropped off late to school and picked up late as well. Yesterday one of their drivers from route Y123 , a woman not only tried to kidnap my child but also put other children life and safety in Jeopardy on her rant. I recorded the incident. The dispatcher Lisa said someone would call me back regarding my complaint however no has of yet. I will really like to speak someone soon regarding this matter.
