Dr. Carlos Gutierrez earned his medical degree in 1997 at Universidad Catolica Santiago de Guayaquil in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2011. Dr. Gutierrez has held several medical positions throughout his career, including most recently as a primary care physician at Clinicas Mi Doctor from 2011 to 2016 and at the 1960 Family Practice from 2016 to 2019.

After completing medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center in 2001, Dr. Chaudhuri completed her Family Medicine residency at Memorial Hermann Family Practice in 2004. Dr. Chaudhuri is a member of the Harris County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Chaudhuri enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling and spending time with her two children, family and friends.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic opened a freestanding, two-story clinic in the Grand Morton Town Center at the intersection of State Highway 99 and Morton Ranch Road in Katy on Monday, June 29. The new Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - West Grand Parkway replaces our smaller, one-story location in Cinco Ranch.

Zayeem Zaman, DO, earned his medical degree at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson in 2019. He went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente Orange County in 2022 and a Sports Medicine fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles in 2023. He provides comprehensive medical care to a wide range of patients, addressing their general health and specific sports-related concerns. Patients involved in sports or physical activities may see Dr. Zaman for injuries such as sprains, strains, fractures, or concussions. He also helps manage patients with non-sports-related musculoskeletal issues like arthritis or joint problems. He joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2023.

Mohammad A. Haque, MD, is a graduate of the University of Chittagong, in Bangladesh, where he earned his medical degree in 1978. After relocating to New York City, he completed his Family Medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens in 1990. Dr. Haque joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's Family Medicine department in January 2026. Dr. Haque provides evidence-based care for patients of all ages, including well checks, immunizations, and routine screenings along with care for acute symptoms like headaches, GI discomfort, injuries, and more. Dr. Haque also manages chronic conditions like acne, mental health concerns, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and more. His clinical interests also include wound care for patients.

Elvis L. Massip-Perez, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned his medical degree at Ponce Sciences University School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Bella Vista Family Medicine Program in Puerto Rico in 2020. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Massip-Perez joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2026. In addition to well care, Dr. Massip-Perez provides treatment for acute conditions such as gastrointestinal viruses, flu, and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. His clinical interests focus on mental health and obesity, as well as disease prevention and education.

Parwinder Sood, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston's Cizik School of Nursing in May 2021. Parwinder was drawn to a career in healthcare by her passion for empowering people with the knowledge they need to make healthier choices and enjoy long-term wellness. As family nurse practitioner, she not only providers well care, she helps patients manage acute conditions such as respiratory infections, strep throat, and urinary tract infections, as well as chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in December 2024.

Dr. Broussard worked as the resident physician in the Baylor College of Medicine's Family and Community Medicine Department from 2006-2009. She also cared for patients in private practices as a primary care physician for both adults and Pediatrics in Houston and in Alexandria, La. Dr. Broussard is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Academy of Family Physicians and the Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Broussard enjoys running, cooking and playing golf. As a young girl, Dr. Broussard wanted to be an engineer and follow in her father's footsteps. Then she had the opportunity to visit a local hospital as a high school student. She was deeply impressed with what she witnessed nothing that the students, residents, and physicians served a critical role in patient care, and how medicine was the perfect marriage of science and serving humanity. She knew at that moment that she didn't want to do anything else but practice medicine for the rest of her life.

After earning her medical degree from Makerere University in Uganda in 1986, Dr. Alakayi-Nakyonyi completed her Family Medicine internship and residency at Texas Tech University in 2004. Dr. Alakayi-Nakyonyi is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians and Harris County Medical Society. When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Alakayi-Nakyonyi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to the movies, working out at the gym and learning about different cultures.
