Associates In Nephrology was founded in 1971 for the purpose of providing nephrological services to patients suffering from hypertension, diabetes, kidney disorders and end-stage renal disease. AIN serves our patients, hospitals and clinics with a physician staff of 40 nephrologists. Dr. Amit Mitra is the current president of the group and our physician staff has privileges at over 40 hospitals in the metropolitan Chicago area.
