This review is for Michael Todd, who is part of the Compass Management group, who I was in contact with regarding an open apartment. He asked me to fill out and send him an application in order to see the apartment, which I did. I then disclosed I had ESA's. I didn't hear back from him for 5 days, so I emailed him and he said "I have not received anything from you?". I knew he had seen my application and he never told me I was supposed to send anything else - I was just trying to schedule a viewing. He then stopped emailing me back all together. It sounds like he decided I didn't qualify because I had ESA's, which is illegal. Not to mention he acted completely unprofessionally by flat-out ghosting me.
