James did help by showing up more than once, but he was wrong about vital details including the indoor pipe material, GFI’s and termites. At one point he was pulling at the water heater trying to knock it over and kicked some of the support ballasts. I’m no expert, but I’m sure inspection is done with the eyes and not the foot!
