Mike Shaw, Senior Inspector, has been a licensed pool contractor since 1978. In 1994, he formed a corporation in Los Angeles to design, construct and inspect swimming pools. He has personally inspected, built, remodeled and repaired over 9,000 swimming pools. He utilizes his experience and knowledge while reporting on the pools he is inspecting. He has personally trained and passed on his knowledge and standards to the additional inspectors in the company. Our detailed report lets the new home buyers know if the pool is high quality or has code or construction issues that can make it seem less than a perfect swimming pool. We report anticipated costs and offer solutions for the problems noted during the pool inspection based on the law, codes and building standards and practices. All our experience adds up to confidence the new buyer has in CPI’s services and the knowledge that they have all the facts about the pool we inspect for them.
