I would NOT recommend this company. When my AC unit went out early Monday July 8th in the AM,(2am) I called them first thing in the AM...a man was sent to evaluate the problem. I was told it was the AC motor, and it would have to be ordered....By Thursday when we had not heard anything I was calling them. They said they didn't ship it out and it would now be Friday or Sat. before they received it. TWO WEEKS later I still had not heard from them and they would no longer answer or return our calls. On July 19th there was a recorded message stating they would be out of the office until the 24th....I have never heard from them. We ended up having Carroll come out to fix the unit and it was done in 2 days!

This guy sucks! Slow service, constant lies, and no way to get ahold of him. It took him 10 days to fix our ac and now 30 days later it's quit again. I told American Home Shield that if they tried to send him out again i would cancel my account and I've had my policy for 18 years.

I would recommend this company to anyone, the owner is so kind and always willing to help.
