They make a good product but if you have a question or need customer support whatsoever you're not going to get it I've had better customer support from India and China and these people are in Southern California they must not value their customers at all because they've hung up on me when I called and cuz they do not answer emails at all no matter how many you send did you not include remote bass knobs with their amplifiers they sell them separately but there's no where to buy them! Stay away from this company don't buy their stuff
