Serving persons with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, EFS is committed to the protection and promotion of individual rights. Mission: The goals of Exceptional Family Support, through the employment of the NC Innovations Waiver Program for Persons with Intellectual/Development Disabilities, are to effectively and appropriately: 1 - Address the needs of individuals and their families, 2 - Provide service delivery in a manner that helps to maintain a healthy and stress-free home environment, 3 - Guarantee that person-centered planning is available for each individual, 4 - Hire knowledgeable and trainable staff in order to provide exceptional delivery of service, and 5 - Help individuals to strengthen and grow in all domains: socially, cognitively, physically, and emotionally. Services Provided: In-Home Skill Building, Personal Care, Respite, Day Supports, Behavior Consultation, Community Networking, Natural Supports Training Counties served: -- Anson, Guilford, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph Richmond (Through Sandhills Center MCO) -- Forsyth, Stokes, Davie, & Rockingham (Through CepterPoint Human Services MCO)
