Our disease-specific hospice treatment programs set us apart from others who provide hospice services. Our approach is not "one size fits all" Traditionally, hospice care has been thought to be confined to those individuals with a diagnosis of terminal cancer, however, there are numerous other life-limiting illnesses which require hospice care and so we have developed targeted programs to address each disease's unique aspects. Currently, our caregivers are trained in the following specially developed programs: •Advanced Heart Disease •Kidney Disease / End-Stage Renal Disease •Cancer / Oncology Management •Indiviudalized programs that addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients & families. •A registered nurse is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer any questions, address concerns and to provide assistance and support.
