Traditionally, hospice care has been thought to be confined to those individuals with a diagnosis of terminal cancer, however, there are numerous other life-limiting illnesses which require hospice care and so we have developed targeted programs to address each disease's unique aspects. Currently, our caregivers are trained in the following specially developed programs: •Advanced Heart Disease •Kidney Disease / End-Stage Renal Disease •Cancer / Oncology Management •Indiviudalized programs that addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients & families. •A registered nurse is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer any questions, address concerns and to provide assistance and support.
