I would not rent from this landlord he treats some of his tenants unfair and he will try to evict you for reporting other tenant .if they do something to disturb other tenants and cuss you out for reporting them .I'm not getting evicted but forced to have to move to keep from having a eviction on my record but the other tenant get to stay because she has been here longer than me but can do what ever she want to do and gets away with it all. And the landlord does not fix thing the right way and he gets by with it. Now the landlord is caling me up and making threatsthat he's going to make me loose my section 8 and set me out and he's already rented the apartment out before I'm even moved out of it. so I would not recommend renting from this guy he is rude , and very disrespectful to his tenants. He has no compassion for his tenants it makes you wonder if he has any compassion fo for his own kids Today April 01 202 landlord comes to my door starts making threats to me and said he's going to file eviction on me when I told him that he couldn't because all evictions are on hold due to the corona virus , he replies saying he can do what ever he wants then his son in-law starts making threats to do bodly harm and dares me out to the yard and says he will get me it's just a matter of time . This landlord is a bully I would stay away from renting from him he will evict you for. Anything he doesn't care who he hurts by doing this . This is a landlord that will protect other tenants that lies to him if your are a women.even if she's in the wrong the address to avoid to rent is 10500 Torringtourtment A Louisville KY 40272 Update : On April 13 I went to get I to my car to find two of my tires on the same side was flat after checking and taking the car to get my tires fixed some one had took an ice pick to one of my tires and it had four holes in the side wall of my tire were they took the ice pick to it to flatten it the other tire had a screw in it so this is the result of not moving out when i was suppose to because of the Corona virus pandimic So if your planning on moving into one of his units be aware what kind of landlord he really is .
