Impact Engineering & Planning Impact Engineering and Planning was established in November 2009 to fill a void for a full-service Civil Engineering firm in the fast growing Owasso, OK area, while at the same time providing benefits to the local communities surrounding Tulsa and throughout the state of Oklahoma. It is our belief that Impact Engineering and Planning is successful based our three guiding principals: customer service, knowledge and ethics. Impact Engineering and Planning has a strong focus on customer service. Our background in retail has ingrained this into our every action. It is our goal to exceed every clients expectation, anticipate every need and provide unwavering support for our clients to meet their goals. Impact Engineering and Planning has a strong foundation in knowledge. We are an Oklahoma based firm with over 20 years of experience, working on projects as diverse as designing state highways, city streets, and roadway rehabilitations, to fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and schools to distribution facilities, commissaries and manufacturing facilities. Having unwavering ethics is not just a phrase used around Impact Engineering and Planning - it is a way of life. Our ethics and integrity will always be our driving force for success. This will be evident during a project when we won't focus on the contract but on our client's goals. We will always do what's right, both for the client, authorities having jurisdiction and the people that the project will impact.
