Impact Engineering and Planning was established in November 2009 to fill a void for a full-service Civil Engineering firm in the fast growing Owasso, OK area, while at the same time providing benefits to the local communities surrounding Tulsa and throughout the state of Oklahoma. It is our belief that Impact Engineering and Planning is successful based our three guiding principals: customer service, knowledge and ethics. Impact Engineering and Planning has a strong focus on customer service. Our background in retail has ingrained this into our every action. We are an Oklahoma based firm with over 20 years of experience, working on projects as diverse as designing state highways, city streets, and roadway rehabilitations, to fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and schools to distribution facilities, commissaries and manufacturing facilities.
