Actress and drama teacher for 15 years, Helia became a belly dancing instructor in 2003. She is about to complete a master degree in dance teaching. Her memoir researches how a holistic point of view (somatic education) inspires her teaching and enhances the personal benefits of the dance for the participants to her classes.
