TERRIBLE - HORRIBLE company. Corporate greed to the max - and of course with zero regard to the customer. Our lender paid them in full prior to shipping items - HUGE MISTAKE! once paid they ignored us, lost files over and over they claimed - on heavily damaged and missing shipped items. WE still have not seen any settlement and this started BEFORE coronavirus was even a thing! so - 10-12 weeks now and nothing but lying to us, blaming us, "losing" the files, repeatedly asking for us to send photos again of the damaged goods and missing items ( not sure how we are supposed to photo a missing item?) STAY far away, this group is trained to wear down the customer, treat you like crap, in hopes you will just give up the claim and go away. Read the hundreds of reviews on Trust Pilot - all saying the same thing, terrible customer service. If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business, and so would most of you reading this - most of us all are hard working - this group is NOT, they are corporate greedy #$%%# - cannot type what I want to call them but you get the idea

It is not recommended. My first order arrived late, damaged, careless packaged, and customer service is not one of their priorities.
