Arby's Germantown has the worst customer service of any fast food restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Instead of "customer service" I should say they have a complete disregard for customers whatsoever. I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening at 7:30pm and attempted to use the drive thru. After no one answered me (or the car in front of me), my daughter and I decided to go inside to see if possibly the drive thru was down or the staff had been robbed and locked in the freezer. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed there were zero customers in the establishment. This is probably because the cook and drive thru clerk were off in the corner of the kitchen talking and paying no attention at all to the business. The front counter "cashier" was using the business phone to apparently talk to a friend of hers. After she gave me a dirty look and told her phone friend "I'll have to call you back" she slowly proceeded to walk to the front counter and take my order. What was I thinking? I should have grabbed my daughter and left immediately. Not only was this employee rude but she had no idea how to use the cash register. She insisted on charging me for the incorrect sandwich that was twice the amount of the sandwich I ordered. After 10 minutes of straightening this out and another 10 minutes waiting on my food, my daughter and I left to "enjoy" our dinner. It is obvious to me why this Arby's had no customers. I will not go back here ever again!
