While they had my case, they were professional, helpful, and polite. However, after looking to retain them again, I had a horrible experience. I received mixed information. The employees were not on the same page, evidently. In addition, the office manager left me a voicemail, with a very rude tone, and asked me not to continue calling their office. Well, believe me, with that utter chaos, I should not have been calling back. I was waiting on a simple response, which they had failed to do, until that condescending voicemail that I recieved. Very unprofessional, and disorganized, in addition. I would not recommend them to anyone.
