David works relentlessly to achieve optimal case resolutions using all of the tools at his disposal and, as a result, has earned a reputation for securing voluntary dismissals, summary judgments, and favorable settlements in his defense of even the most complex, daunting legal disputes. David has built an impressive resume that reflects his outstanding legal achievements to date. In 2018 and 2019, he was named as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star, an award given to only 2.5% of all attorneys practicing in Ohio for less than 10 years. In addition, in 2018 David was named as one of the top ten legal malpractice attorneys by Ohio Super Lawyers.
