David Oberly is a skilled and experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice on litigating complex matters, including product liability, mass torts, environmental law and toxic torts, asbestos litigation, and transportation, and representing clients on a local, regional, and national level. In 2018 and 2019, he was named as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star, an award given to only 2.5% of all attorneys practicing in Ohio for less than 10 years.
