We are looking to set up a Transition Center for rural homeless and needy families, single adults.

EGM is currently helping the homeless in rural Northern Lower Michigan by connecting them with the services they need to re-establish themselves back into their communities. We also are able to provide them with temporary emergency shelter through federal and state Emergency Shelter Grants. This is only 3 days until we connect them with a service that will move them forward.
