I do what is called "day of" coordinating. However, that doesn't mean I can just walk in and can make sure everything runs smoothly. I spend hours ahead of time - emails, phone calls, personal visits. Not only with you, but also with all your vendors. The rehearsal day is usually 3 hours for me and the day of the ceremony is a minimum of 10 hours - usually 12 hours.
