I do what is called "day of" coordinating. However, that doesn't mean I can just walk in and can make sure everything runs smoothly. I spend hours ahead of time - emails, phone calls, personal visits. Not only with you, but also with all your vendors. The rehearsal day is usually 3 hours for me and the day of the ceremony is a minimum of 10 hours - usually 12 hours. And, I estimate I spend at least 50 hours with planning before the actual wedding ~ my over 20 years as a caterer/manager made me very detail oriented and with weddings, there is no "small" detail! I keep my price very competitive because I really love what I do and get a lot of satisfaction from my always-thrilled brides, grooms & their families (check out Happy People on my website).
