They tried to sell me a waterproofing system that I didn’t need, and then tried to convince me that my home would fall apart without it. If I had done proper research I would have learned that other folks had experienced the same issues with this particular company. However I had a mold problem, not a leaky basement problem. Fort Mill Mold Remediation was able to prove this by using their thermal imaging equipment, which they didn’t even charge me for. This company is not out to make a quick buck, and overall they were extremely professional and knowledgeable.
