Because of some recent health issues I had been having my Dr. suggested I get my home tested for mold. After doing a little research I decided to set up a mold inspection appointment with Matthews Mold Removal. They were so courteous and sensitive to the situation. They did detect several areas of my home that were infected with mold spores. Thanks to Matthews Mold Removal I now have a lovely mold free home that's completely safe! From the time I looked Matthews Mold Removal up on the web, to then speaking with the office staff, and finally meeting their project sales coordinator, everything was done with such exactness and care. The initial meeting at our home gave us not only an estimate but a comforting start to finish schedule as to what and how their crew would correct and prevent such moldy issues from coming back. Finally 3 of the friendliest, cleanest, well trained people removed the mold then sanitized the kitchen and bedroom to where it looked good as new! Certainly smelled better! Best yet was that they did not use harmful chemicals and their company is 'green'. The whole experience was amazing. Thanks again for bringing our home back to a happy place to live. When I discovered that I had mold on the walls of my guest room I felt like I couldnât sleep or breathe comfortably in my own home until I had it removed. After reading online about all the of the scams that mold remediation/removal companies pitch to customers, I was in a state of panic. I called Home Advisor, an internet screening company, on a Friday at 6pm and by Sunday they had connected me with Ron from Matthews Mold Removal. Ron, was at the house 30 minutes later on that same day. He quickly assessed the mold situation, assuring me that he would take care of it and make my home safe again. Ron and his crew arrived the next day and removed all the mold using the exact same process as the other mold companies charge thousands of dollars more. This company is fully certified and Ron follows all mold removal protocols mandated by the health department. His pricing was very fair. Although my situation was not an insurance claim, he informed me that he also handles insurance claims as well. He is genuinely a nice guy who cares about his customerâs satisfaction. He absolutely goes above and beyond his job description which makes Matthew Mold Removal a five star company in my opinion.
