A friend who is a Doctor told me about this new awesome web-page called Minerva Place. I rolled my eyes. Lets Face It, I tried everything under the sun and the moon. Full Bar, Jenny Craig, South Beach Diet, Slim Fast, everything. I did take her advice, and I peeked at the site. I started to read the articles, and watch the videos. I even decided to Cook something from Taste Matters recipe page. They had a video to watch how to prepare a dish I was making. OMG, I did it! And, it tasted great. I decided to buy Brooke Burkes DVD, She looks great with having 4 children, so I ordered that, and the shakes, along with the multi vitamin. When I got my packages, I went to work. I was excited about trying them. The shakes tastes GREAT! I can even use them as a pudding. Little by little, things started to change. I invited my friends over for a dinner party, and they just stared at me, and ate in complete AWE, asking for seconds, they stated that my face looked thinner, and my stomach. I just smiled. For the Lynne that used to be tired, wakes up at 4:00 am, and jogs now, cooking every night. journaling about my progress, and loving MINERVA!!!!
