Strong Mamas offers fitness and wellness programs for busy families. New moms, teens, children, grandparents all have fun with our fitness DVD! Strong Mamas Fit Families is the #1 workout that is fun for moms and kids. And moms, this is the one workout that your children will let you finish! In 3 20-minute workouts, you can lose weight, regain your energy and posture, tone up, and burn calories. Your children can do it with you or they can jump up and down...whatever works for them. We also have life coaching if you need a new direction (this can be in person or over the phone). We have corporate wellness programs and offer the same for schools and associations. Nutritional counseling is available as well. Your health and energy are far to important to ignore!!
