GUILTYASHELLrecords - Albums produced from prison WA State convicts making music behind bars. Producing albums entirely from a prison cell. GUIILTYASHELLrecords is centered around the wrongful conviction of Matthew R. Ruth. Our team consists of five WA State convicts who are currently locked up serving long prison sentences. Owner Kris Kain is who represents them and promotes their eminent talents as writers, paralegals, musicians, and artists. Trust, those talents are not what you may be used to when it comes to your everyday jail house lawyer or artist. By allowing their talents and what they promote to be noticed outside of the prison walls is a chance for the general public to recognize America's mass incarceration in hopes this opens the public eye to our unjust system as a whole.
