Without a doubt this is the worst collection of useless zombies walking on earth. Those that I’ve had contact with are non-responsive, non-caring and lack the basic essential ability to follow-up or tell the truth.
We recently had an emergency water break on our property and I immediately contacted our community property manager. After waiting 4 days for a response I got a voice message telling me to reach out of there was anything by they can assist with. I called Mark back and left a message. I called again when I did not hear from him. Then again and again and again and again. 5 days in a row I left messages for him and his assistant. It’s been 7 days and guess what?? Still no phone call.
Simply put, it’s a pathetic way to do business and it’s a pathetic example of how to manage.
Just like a house plant; both suck up oxygen except at least a house plant has purpose.
