The New Mexico Youth ChalleNGe Academy is a 2 phase, 17 1/2 month program that targets youth ages 16-18. The first phase is the Residential Phase, which takes place in Roswell. The second phase is our Post-Residential Phase, which is our mentoring program. The Residential Phase provides a structured, quasi-military training environment in which we focus on the development of the whole person through training in the 8 core components.
