Can you define customer service? Well, Master Locksmith Store just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website https://www.Annapolis.Master-Locksmith-Store.com and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit – and there’s no other locksmith in Annapolis, MD who would do that! Highly recommend…

Just wanted to save some money, so I hired a technician from the local hardware store – but it was the biggest mistake I made. The technician managed to convince me into buying an expensive lock unnecessarily. Two weeks later, I found myself locked out as the smart lock had gone dead. The team from Master Locksmith Store is simply awesome. Zack identified the fault instantly and fixed the lock. He advised me to get it replaced at the earliest opportunity, since it was a cheap imitation of a Mul-T-Lock and wouldn’t last long. Zack offered me a good deal on the new, genuine version of the lock and I’m planning on changing it the next week. Service? Good. Prices? Good. Response? Good. I think they’re the BEST in Annapolis, MD 21403…Never hiring anyone from hardware stores again. It's always gonna be Master Locksmith Store for me!

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Master Locksmith Store is Ace ! I would recommend them to anyone
