There were no added charges though I’d called Locksmith & Key Shop at around 1 am on their helpline 412-595-9373 and asked them to help me regain access to my apartment. Most locksmiths in Pittsburgh add a surcharge and charge double the fee if hired after regular business hours. So, when Jack handed me a bill of around $46, it came as a pleasant surprise. Hire them if you’re looking for affordability and quality at the same time.

Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard.... But we all know that I needed them and was really desperate! I got updates about the arrival time and Eddie worked tirelessly to open the commercial grade lock on my apartment door. Great Great Great Service! i will use Locksmith & Key Shop again.

Jerry and John at Locksmith & Key Shop were great. The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for work that I needed. Very professional.
